Mexico

In one of the boxes of materials you left for our use was a case of “One Thing You Can’t Do In Heaven”. Pastor and I liked the book so much that we gave the supply away to all of our local pastors. But then in preparing for the trip to Oaxaca we decided to take a case with us to use as part of the Pastor’s Training conference. Well, I just got a report this morning from one of the pastors in Oaxaca, that he was so impacted by the book that he has been loaning it out to members of his church for short terms (like 5 or 6 days) for the families to read. It has so impacted his church that he called us to let us know the “something has happened to his church since we left – that his members are ‘worried about the lost’ and that hasn’t happened in a very long time – people are bringing friends and neighbors to church – again something that has not happened in a very long time.” I have to tell you that of all the pastors we worked with all of us have said that this particular pastor is the last one that we thought had been blessed or impacted in any way by our time in Oaxaca. Funny how God always has another point of view. He is looking for additional copies of the book and we are going to see if we can come up with more copies. But more than anything I just wanted you to know that whoever and however that initial case of books got here – the impact has gone much further that just here in Matamoros. Hello my friend and brother in the Lord. All the material you send is a blessing from the Lord, blessing that now is not only used in Tijuana,  but I have a friend he is a pastor and he send many of the material to Guadalajara City.  You are providing many, many churches and reaching lives with the material.   I really  encourage you to keep sending,   I know  it is hard and you been doing it for a long time,  but  please think about us as your needed sons in Mexico. We have just returned from teaching a Childrens teacher training school in Teotitlan Oaxacau Mexico. The teaching had to be very simple, because the teachers that came for the training spoke many different dialects. They were all from different mountain areas. All spoke and read some Spanish, but not good enough for us to use just one translator. Even though it was difficult, God moved in a mighty way. We saw many of them healed and filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit. The day we gave out the graduation certificates, we gave each teacher a big envelope of Bible pictures, flannel graphs, a Bible and a couple of Spanish books. They all rejoiced! Some cried! All expressed to us that they have never gotten any materials such as this before. They couldn’t believe that we were actually going to give these materials to them. The reason I am writing this to you is to let you know how much of a blessing the Love Packages are. You have really blessed the people here. Thanks for helping us in Mexico. Also, we established a small library using Love Packages literature in the central church. Every teacher can now come and borrow materials as often as they need them. This will really help the teachers and the children in this area. Again thanks.
